Privacy statement

Updated November 2, 2026.

What you share

The request form asks for your name, phone number, email address, town or ZIP and service topic. Both phone and email are required. A message is optional. It does not ask for your street address, photos or marketing consent.

How requests are used

These details are used to respond to your service inquiry. A successful form submission is a service request, not a confirmed appointment.

Who processes a request

This website validates the request on its server and sends it to FormSubmit for processing and forwarding to the approved Everest Gmail inbox. Direct email uses your email application. FormSubmit describes a 30-day submission archive in its documentation; its privacy terms apply to its service.

Retention and technical data

The application does not store customer messages in a website database or intentionally log form content. Duplicate-prevention records contain hashes and statuses that expire after 24 hours. Short rate-limit counters expire after five minutes. Expired files are removed by periodic cleanup while the application is running. Hostinger provides the hosting service and may retain technical server logs. FormSubmit and the business Gmail inbox also have their own retention settings.

Analytics and marketing

This version loads no analytics provider, advertising pixels or third-party browser embeds. A service request does not subscribe you to email or text marketing. Any later measurement setup requires an updated notice and the appropriate privacy choices.
